About this website
We are a small group of Israeli volunteers in the Boston area who are deeply committed to supporting the kibbutzim near Gaza that were devastated in the October 7th massacre.
Twenty-three kibbutzim were swept up in the massacre and rampage of destruction by the Hamas terror organization. Many hundreds of kibbutz residents have been murdered or abducted. Hundreds of buildings have been destroyed along with much of the infrastructure. Many of the survivors have been forced to evacuate their homes.
Our goal is to support the Kibbutz Movement and the individual kibbutzim in their efforts to help the survivors with their immediate emergency needs - they have lost their homes, possessions, and loved ones, and many are traumatized by what they have experienced. In the longer term, our goal is to help them rebuild these wonderful communities.
We are reaching out to individuals, synagogues, organizations, and communities in the US in order to raise awareness of the disaster and its aftermath, and to raise funds to support individual needs and rehabilitate these communities. We also plan to facilitate the establishment of closer relationships between American communities and affected kibbutzim.
